ACE IoT was engaged by a Fortune 50 technology company to develop an OT network architecture to solve a specific operational challenge in their legacy facilities while conforming to non-negotiable cybersecurity constraints. ACE IoT conducted a formal validation phase to assess candidate architectures against both the operational requirements and our customer’s cybersecurity boundaries and produced a documented network architecture and a security considerations document to support the client’s internal review before any live implementation began.

Using this process, ACE IoT developed a proposed architecture. Once the proposed design was confirmed by the client and tested, ACE IoT helped operate a pilot deployment at a live site, measuring real-world performance against the benchmarks established during validation and identifying any adjustments needed before a wider rollout.
